Come as you are. We have everything from suits and ties to polos and khakis to t-shirts and blue jeans. Dress how you feel comfortable.
_______________________________________________________________________________ Do I need to bring anything to Church?
If you have a Bible, bring it with you. If you don't have one and would like to borrow one while you are at service, ask one of our volunteer greeters for one.
_______________________________________________________________________________ When I come to Church for the first time is their someone to talk to?
If your first visit to Arlington First Church is for a Sunday service, your first stop should be at our Welcome Desk in the front lobby. There you will find a warm greeting from someone who can answer your questions. They can help you find a class for your children or teens as well as the nursery for young children. They also have brochures on hand which provide information about our many ministries. Please start your visit there!

When you arrive at Arlington First Church, you are our guest. Instead of wanting you to give something, we want you to get something!

Arlington First Church has a board of elected church members that meets regularly with the Pastor.
_______________________________________________________________________________ Will I be singled out or made to feel uncomfortable at Arlington First Church?
At Arlington First Church, we will never embarrass you or ask you to do anything strange. If you are a guest, we will not ask you to give money. We just want you to sit back, relax, and enjoy God's Word. Oh - and if you don't know the songs, don't worry - we didn't know them at first either!
_______________________________________________________________________________ What should I bring for my child for the Church Nursery?
We ask that you provide the following items - when appropriate:
A diaper bag which should include:
- diapers
- wipes
- a snack
- bottle or sippy cup

What are the Check in and Check Out Proceedures for the Nursery?
Children must be checked in and out by a parent/guardian. When a parent/guardian checks in a child (infants through 2 years of age),we fill out a name tag for their child and place it on your child's back. The parent/guardian keeps the corresponding numbered stub. This will be used to match the number on the child's name tag on his/her back. We will only return the child to the parent/guardian with the corresponding numbered tag is returned. Even if we know the parent, we will not return the child to anyone other than the person with the identification. Keeping your children safe and secure is a priority for our church.
